About this course
Waste-to-Energy and Bioenergy gives delegates a structured, practical understanding of waste-to-energy technologies and biomass and biogas systems, then builds the skills to apply feedstock management, emissions control and permitting and project feasibility and economics in real work. Renewable energy courses for engineers and managers moving into solar, wind, storage, hydrogen and low-carbon power, one of the fastest-growing training areas to 2030. Demand for these skills is expected to rise strongly by 2029.
Sessions are led by practitioners with at least 15 years in the field, and mix short input with exercises, case studies and group work, so delegates return with methods they can use straight away.
Who should attend
Power, electrical and mechanical engineers, project developers, asset managers and energy planners moving into low-carbon energy. No specialist prerequisites are required for the Practitioner level; Foundation, Advanced and Executive versions are available on request.
